The Rhino-O-Tuff / PDI OD 4000 is an 11" (A-4) open-ended punch that features the EZ operator changeable dies. With a punching paper capacity of 17 sheets of 20 lb. bond and a very reasonable price, this punch makes manual punches obsolete. Dies are available in all of the standard hole patterns such as plastic comb, plastic spiral, wire loop, square and round. With a full year's warranty, this is the little punch at a bargain price.
